6. NXT IS BETTER
Tell me one time you’ve been as excited to watch Raw as I am to watch Takeover 2 this week. Barring the night after Wrestlemania, you can’t. (Editor’s note: Some of us were very excited about the night after Summerslam.) It’s not possible. You know why? It’s because anyone paying attention to both shows knows just how good NXT is by comparison.
Sure, some of the guys still need some polish. Sure, some will likely never make it to the main roster.
But 90% of the main roster would kill for the buzz surrounding KENTA, Prince Devitt and Kevin Steen. The ones who wouldn’t? They’d kill for matches reviewed as positively as the work of Sami Zayn, Adrian Neville, Tyler Breeze and Tyson Kidd. There’s just no comparison. And if you argue against that fact, I’d argue that you’re not watching NXT, and you should probably start.
