J-Ro vs. Cono vs. Monsta Mack vs. TJ Marconi vs. Brian Powers vs. Nutrious X

This was my first time seeing Powers and X.  They weren’t bad.  They did some decent stuff, but it seemed like they were in there to take bumps.

The debuting TJ Marconi got some “Diesel” chants from the crowd.  That’s a good thing, even if it doesn’t sound like a compliment.

Monsta Mack looked wayyyy smaller than he did the last time I saw him.  He looks to have lost a ton of weight, which is probably a good thing.

Anyway, Mack won with a pretty lovely short-arm lariat.

What I liked: This was a fun spotfest to open the show.  Everyone got to hit some cool spots.  It’s nice to see Mack back, even if this was a one-off.

What made me angry: A few blown spots, but nothing too offensive.
