1.  West Texas Rednecks – Rap is Crap

This has to be my favorite awful wrestling song of all time.  Besides the fact that the leader of the group was from Minnesota, and not Texas, and that nobody in this group could sing worth a damn… this was wonderful.  It was so delightfully silly that it was amazing.

There were a couple of problems though.  The WTRs were supposed to be heels.  They were feuding with a group of rappers.  WCW’s core audience was the prototypical country music crowd.

You see where this is going.

Curt Hennig didn’t do much after leaving WWF in the mid-90s.  If you’re going to remember anything from his WCW run, this awesomely awful song should be it.
