Anthony Nese & Papadon vs. Athletic Inc.

This was just as good as you’d expect it to be. Everything was crisp. Everything and everyone involved looked great.  Finish saw Jesse Vane pin Papadon with a handful of tights. Post-match, Nese and Papadon argued over who was to blame for the loss, so it looks like the Premier Gods are not long for this world.

What I liked: I really dig all four of these guys.  I really like them as tag teams, and I really like it when they work together.  I would have been okay with these guys taking the main event spot, and having gold on the line. It should surprise no one that Nese is doing so well with Dragon Gate USA, and that Papadon is catching on with CZW, and working matches with ROH.  I wouldn’t be shocked to see Vane and Justice popping up elsewhere, too.

What made me angry: I could have done without some of the Flair impressions throughout. I also would have separated the Reckless & Wasted split from the first hint of a split between Nese and Papadon.
