NYWC Fusion Championship

This was a really good, hard-hitting match that Rex won with his chokebomb. I got suckered in on this one. Having been paying attention to the shows, it was pretty clear NYWC is building toward a Mondo-Lawless match at Psycho Circus for the Fusion title. Here, they did a good enough job structuring this match that I thought Jigsaw could walk away with the belt. He kept going for a brainbuster on the big man, and when he hit it, I thought this match was done.
Good stuff from both guys here. Out of all the guys who have been “imported” to go for a shot against Rex, Jigsaw may be my favorite. Here’s hoping for an eventual rematch.
