Roman Reigns vs. Alberto Del Rio

Let’s be real, here. Roman Reigns is the golden goose. Del Rio was brought back to feud with Jack “I haven’ been on TV in a year” Swagger. I had a better chance of winning this match than Del Rio did and, much like Dennis Stamp, I wasn’t booked.

Anyway.

Early observation in this match: the commentary team is on point, so far. It’s actually refreshing to hear the commentary team calling the action, while also telling a solid story, and incorporating a lot of history.

What I liked: I liked this match. The action was solid. The story was solid. These guys had the crowd from start to finish. This is what good wrestling is supposed to look like in 2015, and it accomplished a lot… and made me realize that I would really enjoy a high-level feud between Roman Reigns and Alberto Del Rio… if Zeb goes. Zeb makes Del Rio a midcard gimmick.
