7. Ryback
Why it works: In Kayfabe, Ryback had a pretty solid run with the Intercontinental championship. His work has improved enough that he can be carried to entertaining matches. Plus, we’ve learned enough of his personal journey in 2015 that a Ryback win could be a genuine feel-good moment.
Why it (probably) won’t happen: Let’s be honest. Ryback is NOT over. “Feed me more” is over.
