9.  Harlem Heat: The Early Years

Forget the fact that this is two black guys from Texas being billed from Harlem, for no other reason than “hey look, black guys!  Harlem has black guys, right?”  When the idea of Harlem Heat was pitched in WCW, it was with the idea that Booker T and Stevie Ray would be slaves who were won by Colonel Lee Parker in a poker game, led to the ring in shackles.  This was in the 90s, mind you, decades after the United States (and the rest of the world) realized that black people are, in fact, people.
