Andy Will Be Angry If…: WWE Payback Edition

Ryback vs. Bray Wyatt

The promos have been good. Will the match be? I’m not sure.

Both of these guys are capable of having good matches. We’ve all seen them in some pretty big moments. But, in my opinion, both Ryback and Bray Wyatt need to be carried to those great heights by better workers. And Ryback and Bray Wyatt need to be protected in certain types of matches – their matches – to have really good matches.

This has me worried.

If these guys try to have a real match, with no gimmickry, this might not go so well. Luckily, I don’t see them having much of a real match. I expect a lot of brawling around the ring, and maybe a big double-kill spot, leading to a no-contest and a gimmick match.

I’ll be angry if: These guys try to have a real match, that goes against each of their clearest strengths.

I’ll keep my cool if: They’re allowed to do what they do best – kill each other, and build toward something more fitting.

I’m expecting…: A relatively short, but stiff, brawl. Someone bleeds from the mouth.
