Andy Will Be Angry If…: WWE Fastlane Edition

Rusev (c) vs. John Cena

This matchup is right up there with Goldust vs. Stardust on the “Fastlane matches that intrigue me” list.  Over the last year, we’ve seen Rusev move up from killing jobbers, to midcard hosses, to top-billed hosses like Ryback.  Now, he’s going one-on-one with a 15-time world champion, with his United States title on the line.  It’s a big move up the card for Rusev, and quite possibly his last step before entering the WWE World Heavyweight Championship picture.
Cena never gives up, so I’d be surprised to see him tap to the Accolade.  I wouldn’t be surprised to see him tap out, however.  Rusev has never been pinned or submitted on the main roster, and I don’t think that’s going to change here.

I’ll be angry if: Cena steamrolls Rusev.  This needs to be a star-making performance for Rusev, and looking like Cena’s bitch is the antithesis of a star-making performance.

I’ll keep my cool if: Rusev looks like a star, in victory or defeat.

I’m expecting: John Cena breaks the Accolade twice, then passes out in it.  Rusev looks like a killing machine.
