Andy Will Be Angry If…: Summerslam Edition

Chris Jericho vs. Bray Wyatt

I’ve come around a bit on this match, but I still can’t figure out where they’re heading with this one.  Obviously, the long-term goal is to use Y2J to make the Eater of Worlds look like the god he claims to be.

Anyway, Luke Harper and Erick Rowan are banned from ringside in this one, which will likely play a nice role here.

You’d think that would give Jericho the advantage, but I’m thinking that leads to Wyatt looking much stronger in victory.

I’ll be angry if: WWE ignores the “banned from ringside” stipulation, allowing Rowan and Harper to get involved in the match, and the outcome.  If Wyatt wins, he needs to win CLEAN.

I’ll keep my cool if: Jericho and Wyatt are allowed to have a good match, built within the confines of the stipulation provided.  I’m sure they’re wrestling against next month, before Jericho returns to touring full-time with Fozzy, so here’s hoping they make it count.

I’m expecting: Wyatt beats the holy hell out of Jericho, for longer than you’d expect.  Jericho makes a bit of a comeback, the lights go out (in an unintentional Fozzy plug), and some creepy singing kids cost Jericho a win.
