I love Kalisto… but there’s some real booking potential with Ryback as champion. I’d do everything WWE didn’t do with his IC title run, while unofficially branding the US Championship as the hoss division.
Ryback wins at Mania. Ryback defeats Sin Cara on Raw. Ryback beats Kalisto in the rematches. Ryback beats guys like Neville, Sami Zayn and AJ Styles (think: little guys vs. Big Guy) until John Cena returns. Then, it’s time for a true hoss fight… preferably at Summerslam.
